Daigle Creative was proud to play a role in the recent merger between two of Northeast Florida’s strongest youth soccer clubs — Creeks Soccer Association and Jacksonville Youth Soccer Club.
The respective presidents of each club contacted Daigle Creative to research and create the new name and brand of the merged clubs. The assignment: create a truly distinctive brand that will represent the new club on a national level. It was an exciting challenge given the vast multitude of existing soccer clubs brands – just in Florida alone.
Daigle Creative Principal John Daigle worked closely with Sean Bubb, executive director of Creeks Soccer, and Steven Mail, board chair of JYSC, to develop a new name that would signify what is expected to become a national powerhouse among youth soccer clubs. Creative Director Becky Russo worked with leaders of both clubs to develop new club colors and a comprehensive branding program.
Reception of the new brand has been tremendous, Daigle said.
“Players and parents are very loyal to their clubs’ brand,” he said. “We knew getting them to embrace and love a new brand would be tough, but it’s happened much more rapidly than we expected. The fact that the new brand for Florida Elite Soccer Academy is so very distinctive has certainly helped.”
