The organization asked Daigle Creative to update and revive its branding for communications pieces and develop a strategic communications program to position the organization for new challenges.
We planned and conducted focus group research with key stakeholders and used that research to help the organization plan and launch a new website. We published the organization’s first annual report in years and developed a new set of updated collateral marketing pieces. We also developed a long-range strategic communications plan to move the organization forward toward the goals that its new leadership had established.
JCC enjoyed new success in communicating with the organization’s key stakeholders inside city government and throughout the community. The organization has a new dynamic website, a more aggressive public relations program and has conducted very successful large-scale public outreach efforts.
