OUR FOCUS
Daigle Creative is a full-service advertising, public relations and design agency with a long track record of helping clients succeed.

The agency was formed 24 years ago with a commitment to customer service, a dedication to high-quality work at competitive prices and a constant focus on results. It has been successful, and continues to flourish, because we have vigilantly kept that crucial focus.
Daigle Creative serves numerous local, statewide, and national businesses both small and large. Clients choose us for our track record, talent, innovation and energy. John anchors our agency with more than 35 years of successful, award-winning communications and business leadership experience. His diverse career includes service as an Army officer, more than a decade as a top political reporter/editor and 28 years in public relations and political consulting.
With a bachelor’s of science in journalism degree and a master’s of arts in mass communications degree from the University of Florida, his strengths include consulting at senior management levels, crisis communications, project team leadership and change communications management.
John earned numerous awards for his writing and editing, including three statewide Florida Press Association awards and a Pulitzer Prize nomination. As Jacksonville University’s communications director, John led a staff that won nine national Council for the Advancement & Support of Education awards and two national Admission Marketing Association of America awards. He also helped lead JU’s historic Beyond Excellence capital fundraising campaign. He serves, or has served, in leadership roles with a variety of area nonprofit organizations, and currently appears regularly as a political analyst for First Coast News.
Out of the office, John has volunteered as a youth mentor, youth soccer coach and adjunct professor at UNF and Flagler College. He enjoys Florida’s outdoors, from sailing and snorkeling to hiking and tennis. John brings a lot of valuable skills and experience to our team, but to see his best talent you have to catch him cooking his secret spicy steamed blue crab recipe for friends around the pool.
Renay brings creative leadership, marketing strategy, earned/paid media expertise and boundless energy to our team. She has developed creative work and advertising strategies for area ad agencies such as The William Cook Agency, Empire Communications Group and her own firm, Daigle Creative.
Renay earned a Bachelor of Science in advertising degree from the University of Florida and gained valuable perspective working on both sides of the industry fence — first as a media sales representative and later as a media buyer. This dual experience enables her to help our clients plan and execute exceptional media buys with stronger returns on investments. Since 2006, Renay has planned and/or overseen media campaigns for clients totaling more than $6 million.
Renay’s personal passion for nonprofits has heavily influenced Daigle Creative’s client work. Aside from working on a wide variety of nonprofit advertising campaigns for our clients, she’s also served on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Florida Exchange Club and for Girls Inc. As a breast cancer survivor, she’s raised considerable funds for Bosom Buddies of Jacksonville and Susan G. Komen and does public speaking about breast cancer.
Out of the office, Renay’s all about her family. She loves travel, reading, and any time spent on almost any beach.
Becky is an extraordinary creative consultant and project manager who has built a reputation for listening to her clients and dependably delivering exactly what they want. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of North Florida, with a concentration in graphic design, Becky understands all aspects of the graphic design and production processes.
Aside from working with Daigle Creative, Becky has earned extensive graphic design experience at the Adams Mark Hotel, C&H Printing and Burdette Ketchem. She is also an accomplished illustrator, painter and photographer.
Becky is an outdoor fan; sky diving, white water river rafting and lounging in her hammock are just a few of her favorite things. She enjoys wedding photography, but it’s capturing the real-life moments that captures her heart. She is very close with her two sisters and she is also a two-time champion in a cupcake war.
Cody, a University of North Florida graduate, is a dynamic Creative Director with more than sixteen years of experience in the field. Cody brings diverse skills and perspectives to Daigle and our clients.
Outside of his professional life, Cody is an avid adventurer. He has lived in over a dozen countries including Germany, Ireland, Croatia, Scotland, and Romania with his wife, Halie. Together, they have visited over forty countries and plan to make it fifty soon. Their adventures include a memorable proposal at Iceland’s Seljalandsfoss Waterfall and a honeymoon in the villages of Thailand. When not traveling, Cody enjoys a range of hobbies: working on cars, collecting comics and art, brewing beer, and dedicating time to his community.
Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Florida State University. She became a product marketing specialist at McKesson Corporation, a company focused on healthcare and pharmaceuticals. She then moved to California with her husband and served as a marketing account manager for PDC Healthcare.
Upon moving back to Florida, she broadened her marketing focus to become a digital marketing specialist, working on a wide variety of digital campaigns for Cox Media Group for several years. She joined the Daigle Creative team in 2021 as an advertising coordinator. Her responsibilities include creating and managing paid social media campaigns on Meta, tracking and pacing layered media buys for high-level accounts like JAXPORT, and handling advertising traffic.
She is also a loving wife and mother to four active boys.
Mia Dahm joined Daigle Creative as a communications specialist soon after graduating from the University of North Florida. With hands-on experience in advertising, copywriting and design, she drives our clients’ social media presence, enhances brand visibility and helps them achieve unique marketing goals.
When she’s not in the office, Mia enjoys trying new coffee shops across Jacksonville. She spends her weekends traveling back home to Orlando and around Florida to paint live at luxury weddings, capturing couples’ special moments.
